7.3 User Submissions

8.3 Refund Policy

12. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Strategicex Hub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
